3KM Group was born like many great projects: from the desire to help others achieve what once seemed difficult.
It all started when Karen Martínez began working part-time as a Realtor. She quickly realized she had a special connection with the families she served, and in 2022, she took the leap to dedicate herself full-time.
The following year, in 2023, Jennifer Contreras joined the team also part-time. Her commitment, vision, and passion for service led her to become a full-time team member in 2024. That same year, both decided to build a workgroup to expand their impact, adding operational support and assistants to show properties.
Although there were challenges — like investing time in training without immediate results due to lack of structure — those experiences strengthened their business vision.
Today, 3KM Group is made up of a solid team of Realtors who not only understand the business but also truly understand people. They know that to keep growing, they need to surround themselves with committed professionals — without ever losing what matters most: human connection, strategic focus, and a passion for transforming lives through home buying or selling.
