Karen Martínez

Hi, I’m Karen Martínez, founder of 3KM Group. I was born in Venezuela to a family with Colombian roots, and my background in Public Accounting and Business Administration gave me a clear understanding of how numbers and good management create financial stability. 

Like many in our community, I migrated to the U.S. seeking a better future for my daughters. Along the way, I discovered my true calling: helping other families build a new beginning through real estate. 

From part-time agent to purposeful leader 

I started part-time in this field, knocking on doors and learning every step through hands-on experience. In 2022, I went full-time and envisioned something bigger — a team that serves with excellence and multiplies impact. 

Now, with 3KM Group, we’ve helped dozens of Latino families buy, sell, and invest safely. We continue to grow with a clear mission: to educate, empower, and serve our community through connection, strategy, and results. 

My commitment as a Realtor 

I specialize in the Georgia and Florida markets and work with international clients looking to safeguard their capital in the U.S. I lead every transaction with care, strategy, and personal connection because I know it’s not just about buying or selling a house — it’s about building a future.
